We believe access to high-quality care should exist outside of a doctor’s office or ER center, which is why we built MB Personalized Care. Health insurance is expensive, but it’s all too often we hear “I didn’t even go to the doctors because it’s too expensive”, or “I didn’t go to the doctor in the first place because they’d just give me a prescription I can’t even afford”.
We are a fee-for-service practice that recommends holistic treatments ranging from western medicine to lifestyle changes. Our treatment plans include diagnostics and medications that are often covered by insurance at the patient’s preferred pharmacy or diagnostic center. Self-pay patients also find our treatment plans affordable as most medications are available as low-cost generic prescriptions. We also use a preferred pharmacy to provide personalized medications shipped directly to our patients at a lower cost than medicines purchased at name-brand retail pharmacies.
MB Personalized Care believes healthcare access, a treatment plan and delivery should be simple and affordable. That’s why we created an innovative approach to Telehealth that starts with a consultation with a licensed professional where you can find your diagnosis and treatment plan options while implementing a full spectrum of care approach. In addition to offering prescription medications at a fraction of the cost because of our in-house compound pharmacy facilities, we also provide full service care including lifestyle management consultations, nutrition counseling, mental health services and fitness instruction.
We specialize in non emergent care and are licensed practitioners in NY, NH, TN, TX, FL, KS, AR, AZ CO, UT, states. Check back often as our market launches in new states are happening fast!

The Founder
While I have always been passionate about health and wellness, now being a mother to 4 teenagers has really made me see first hand how important mental and physical health really are for anyone to achieve living their best life. Having started my career at Cornell University as an athletic trainer, on a quest to understand even more about anatomy and full spectrum wellness, I went back to school to Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I had the opportunity at that time to really start seeing all sides of the healthcare system and human health at its best and worst through labor and delivery, emergency and urgent care, long term and primary care. What I have come to understand is that while Pharmacology has its place in modern medicine, lifestyle modification is often overlooked which materially impacts the possibility for longer term positive outcomes.
The formation of MD Personalized Care is my response to that. Everyone who works for MB is driven to help you achieve your best life through a multi prong approach of all the resources you need at an affordable cost to be happy and healthy. Cheers to good health!
